That's pretty cool: personal holopanels. So I take it that there are projectors throughout the city and computers make it all seamless. Are they they just for help, or is it like a personal computer that anyone can access and take anywhere within the city?

i haven't worked out the specifics of holopanels, really, because i feel like it's not terribly important for the plot to really go into how they work. they Just Do, but perhaps they're actually transmitted from nodes on the street or high on buildings.

the map really isn't a full fledged computer, just like a GPS holo display. he couldn't really use it for anything but this single purpose.
