this is a project i've been working on for several months for The Speedgamers.

The Speedgamers are a group of gamers who (as the name implies) play through games really fast. While they do this, they raise money for charities. It's like a Walk For the Cure except it's a Game For The Cure.

they do several marathons per year, and this year in the summer they'll be doing a pokemon themed one. this painting (along with many other awesome, awesome prizes) will be raffled off to people who help out and donate.

The charity the pokemon marathon is raising money for is an ACT Today, which is a charity that helps kids and familys living with autism! it's a pretty swank charity. i can think of few better.

and yes, i will be painting poison pokemon from the other generations as well.

Hated the lack of Poison types in Gen 2. Actually, after the huge number of Poison types in Generation 1, there haven't been many new poison types in any of the genrations

each gen tends to have a choice type. gen5 seemed to really be focused on bugs, which i have no objections to since they actually gave them an assortment of stats and moves and type dualities that were lacking
